The menu consists of seasonally-inspired dishes that blend Mediterranean and Asian flavors to create a series of unique dishes that are brimming with flavor. You can try the Thai scallops with lemongrass panna cotta and compressed pineapple, or savor the pan roasted chicken with grilled artichokes and black truffle crème fraîche. There are also a number of wonderful salads, as well as some phenomenal house made pastas. The wine list here is quite nice, too, so you'll be able to find the perfect glass, half bottle, or bottle to go with your order. With thoughtfully prepared food in a chic setting, Rioja is an exceptional dining experience. It's a wonderful Denver destination for great food and atmosphere.
